Premier Estate Sales and appraisals assist in the re-selling of personal property.  We work closely with realtors,attorneys and families who are going to assisted living arrangements, divorces, foreclosures or the passing of a family member.

What We Do

We customize our  sales around our client's schedule and needs.  Every sale is different.  We research, price and display items. We stage rooms, clean-up and do whatever necessary to have a great sale. For realtors, when we are done the house is ready to be put on the market. In some cases, we have had customers end up buying the home. We offer certified appraisal's both for personal property and automobiles. We work closely with the College for Appraiser's in Los Angeles, The National Appraisers Association, The American Society of Appraisers and the International Society of Appraisers.
